Reachable is operated by ReachableData Technologies Ltd (RC: 9774432), a company registered in Nigeria. References to "Reachable," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to ReachableData Technologies Ltd. By using this platform as a student applicant or a donor, you agree to the terms below.
Reachable connects verified Nigerian students with donors who fund mobile data and airtime. Students apply and are checked through an AI-assisted verification process. Approved applicants receive a data/airtime voucher funded by donor contributions, delivered directly to their phone through licensed telco partners.
Applying is free. Reachable never asks students to pay any fee, deposit, or charge at any point in the application or verification process.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Verification depends on the information and documents you provide being genuine, complete, and matching. Reachable reserves the right to reject any application that fails verification, appears duplicated, or appears fraudulent.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your phone number and network provider. Reachable is not responsible for a voucher failing to arrive because of an incorrect phone number or network selection provided by you.
Eligibility limits (such as how often you may apply, and voucher amounts by institution) may change at any time without prior notice, based on available donor funding.
Voucher delivery depends on third-party telco networks. While Reachable works to resolve delivery issues promptly, occasional delays outside our control can occur.
Donations are voluntary contributions toward verified students' data and airtime access. A platform fee, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment, covers verification and delivery infrastructure.
All payment processing is handled directly by Flutterwave, a licensed Nigerian payment processor. Reachable never receives, sees, or stores your card or bank details.
Donations to the general pool go to the next verified student(s) in the queue. Donations targeted to a specific institution go toward verified students at that institution, but Reachable cannot guarantee a specific individual recipient.

If you submit a video testimonial, you grant Reachable permission to review, and if approved, publicly display that testimonial (or an excerpt of it) on our website and social channels, alongside your first name and institution only. Testimonials are reviewed by a real person before publication, and nothing is published automatically. You may request removal of a previously published testimonial at any time by contacting us.
Reachable is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to verify applicants accurately and deliver vouchers reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from delays, verification errors, or third-party network issues beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
You may not submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to claim more than one voucher through duplicate or misleading applications, or attempt to interfere with the verification system. Accounts or applications found to violate this may be permanently blocked from future applications.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Reachable after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
